You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Certain items, such as personal care products, perishable goods, or customized items, are not eligible for return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
